Made this the other day and just thought that i'd share it because it tasted so good and was incredibly easy to make! :)
Preparation less than 5 mins
Cooking time 5 mins
Method:
2 heads of pak choi
2 tbsp olive oil
1 red pepper, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
1) Cut the stem and leaves into 1 inch portions
2) Heat a little oil in a wok
3) Put the stem bits in the wok and sauté til it becomes a little soft (2-3 mins)
4) Add 1 tbsp of salt and sugar
5) A few drops of soy sauce and 2 tbsp olive oil
4) Then add the leaves (+tuna if desired)
5) Stir for 3-4 mins and serve
I was surprised how easy this was to make, and how it only took a few minutes! It tasted pretty good too :D
